In an effort to highlight the Austrian cuisine served at Wallsé, the décor is intentionally chaste and subdued. Yet the white walls, black banquettes, and handmade light fixtures in the dining room serve as a subtle nod to Art Nouveau style, seamlessly creating a contemporary aesthetic. The experience is heightened by the private collection of artist and filmmaker Julian Schnabel that adorns the restaurant’s walls.
