Fanny Cervera and Chef Michael Wendling have enriched the city’s culinary scene for the past six years. With the first restaurant of their own, they wanted to create a place that resembled its owners: a down-to-earth ambience with French cuisine and generous portions. Furnished in wood, leather, and—as the name proclaims—copper, Cuivre is cozy and warm. A taste of the homemade liver pâté, a cup of white bean soup with truffles, or the raspberry-strawberry dessert is all it takes to warm your heart.
