In 2011, the former director of the renowned James Cohan Gallery—curator, photographer, and writer Leo Xu—opened his own gallery in the former French Concession. In the gorgeous three-story building, he presents a bold selection of primarily contemporary, young Chinese artists with a variety of media and disciplines.
