If you’re thirsty—which is what the Danish name of the bar means—you’re in the right place. The 21 taps are lined up behind its marble counter dispense a rotating selection of craft beers—including the malty, Michigan-brewed Kuhnhenn Aldebaran and the especially light Bikini Beer from Danish brewery Evil Twin (which is run by Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, a co-owner of the bar). The back area, by the way, hides a small gourmet restaurant called Luksus.
