Since the autumn of 2010, Berlin-born Tim Raue has been enjoying his affinity for Asian cuisine and culture in his very own restaurant. The interior decoration is as stylistically confident as the menus, which the maestro composes individually for vegetarians or sufferers of food allergy: design chairs from Eames, fabrics from Kvadrat, Asian art objects.
