The Remigio may specialize in champagne and French wine, but it also serves a fine selection of German and Austrian Rieslings from small wineries. Vintages served by the glass are listed on the chalkboard. To allow regular patrons to sample all 200 wines and 120 champagne varieties, the menu changes weekly. Cold dishes are served with the drinks.
