The second restaurant of TV chef Steffen Henssler not only has an excellent view of the Isebek Canal, but also has an impressive Asian-inspired interior. A place of sensory enjoyment has been created with wood and glass, dominated by a black-and-white ambience and a focus on the essential—the food. For in the end, the restaurant’s appearance is its garnish: sushi and fresh fish are draped like little works of art on wooden boards and plates.
