This mozzarella bar is all about the particularly flavorful buffalo mozzarella, made according to traditional Italian recipes. The dishes are prepared and served in front of the guests in a manner reminiscent of sushi—that’s why Obikà’s logo looks vaguely Japanese. However, the word “obiccà” actually comes from the same area as buffalo mozzarella: in the dialect of Naples it means “here it is.”
