It’s fitting that Japanese Kanji symbol katsu means victory: Since the successful opening of its first restaurant in Hollywood, the company has added several branches. Don’t be frightened by staff’s loud welcome—that’s how they greet every new guest. The concept for the glass sushi bar at the entrance, the booths with neon-colored shelves, and the samurai swords came from renowned designer Philippe Starck. We recommend doing some shopping at the Dubai Mall afterwards.
