This gourmet temple wasn’t named for the biblical figure, but for the beautiful neighbourhood street on which the restaurant is located. Josef is an anomaly in the Zurich gastro-scene: There aren’t main courses – you simply decide the number of plates. The beef tartar is especially worth it! The abundant mirrored plates on the walls almost make it feel like you’re in a disco ball – the right place to meet before a good night of partying.
