Just like an island in the city, the Hôtel Gabriel is the first Parisian establishment to offer a program based entirely around detox. From the design of the suites to the organic breakfast menu, everything has been conceived around the themes of well-being and relaxation. Some of the rooms come with a sleep-enhancing lighting system, brain child of Professor Damien Léger and designer Patrick Jouin. Organic cosmetics by Bioo can be found in the bathrooms and massage parlors.
