Haus der kleinen Künste
Buttermelcherstraße 18
This grassroots gallery near the Isartor is unusual in the best sense of the word—especially for Munich. Since 2008, Bahar Auer has been promoting creative talents by offering them a 650 sq. ft. (sales) platform. The categories include fashion, art, and design; exhibitions change every two or three months. This results in a wild mix of products as gutsy and exciting as the gallery owner herself. The basement regularly hosts group exhibitions such as “For More Personal Freedom.”
