But even if you’ve never heard of this groundbreaking self-taught cook who enjoys hero status back home a trip to his first UK restaurant is still a must. The spacious dining room exudes a casual coolness and Bill’s food is fresh and simple, reflecting his laid-back Aussie attitude. The brunch is particularly recommendable.
