“Cloud and Chair” is the name of the sculpture installed on the roof of the building designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Antoni Tàpies created it together with Pere Casanovas for the foundation which opened its doors in 1990. Its goal is to promote contemporary culture and art across disciplines and through a variety of channels. The building was originally constructed for publishing company Montaner i Simon. Don’t miss the extensive library housed in historical shelves.
